課程概述 |
本課程目的在協助碩士班護理學生，發展其在進階臨床護理的角色與能力，承續進階臨床護理學課程 (I)，課程 (II) 則進一步協助學生深入探討疾病對於個體及整體家庭的衝擊，及照護體系中重要之健康與護理議題，持續發展臨床照護應具備的重要能力，包括溝通協調能力、病人與家屬之溝通、衛教與諮詢、性別健康議題、臨床倫理議題及相關重要健康問題，以實證與批判性思考 (Critical thinking) 的邏輯思考，評估、分析與發展各相關專業照護，將涵蓋重要之成人與老人常見疾病以及癌症病人照護，在疾病轉換過程之衝擊、評估、照護需求與措施，以連續性照護之概念，融合病人安全、護理成果管理的概念、臨床倫理衝突與倫理決策發展，整合於可行之護理措施，減輕疾病對於病人及其家庭成員的衝擊，以促進病人與家屬之安適與健康生活品質。 |

課程目標 |
1. 運用家庭評估瞭解病人及其家庭對疾病的反應，並能提供適切之照護。
2. 瞭解疾病對病人及其家庭造成的衝擊，包括生理、心理、社會、經濟等層面的影響。
3. 瞭解與運用生病過程中轉換期與持續性之照顧概念於相關臨床照護。
4. 探討及運用連續性照護與長期照護概念，發展由疾病急性至慢性期的專科照護能力。
5. 瞭解與發展病人與家屬照護中之相關諮商與衛教。
6. 運用溝通技巧於照護過程中，並發揮與跨專業醫療照顧團隊協調與合作的角色功能。
7. 探討病人及其家庭成員心理與精神層面的議題與支持。
8. 能將老人護理概念運用於不同的疾病群體，提供適用於老人之介入措施與護理照護。
9. 運用網路與國內外專業學會與政府機構之資源，提昇專業化的國際視野，發展具本土化且與國際接軌，更完整之護理措施。
10. 瞭解實證為基礎的護理實務及其相關的倫理議題。 |

3. Professional web exploration report 10% (PPT 10 pages, Due:3/21)
4. Ethical class activity 10%
5. Term paper: systemic literature review (10-15 pages)
